Terms of Service

1. The service

meethtml.com is an HTML hosting service. You upload an HTML document via API; we serve it at a unique subdomain. We do not execute server-side code, run databases, or provide backend compute on your behalf.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of everything you publish. We claim no rights to your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring it does not violate applicable law or these terms.

3. Prohibited content

You may not publish content that:

• Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of those viewing it
• Contains malware, phishing pages, or is designed to deceive users into providing credentials
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Contains child sexual abuse material or any sexually exploitative content involving minors
• Is designed to manipulate search engines or generate artificial traffic

4. Anonymous and permanent pages

Anonymous pages are temporary and automatically deleted after 24 hours. We make no guarantee they will remain accessible for the full 24-hour period. Pages published while signed in with a magic-link account are permanent unless deleted by you or removed for abuse, legal, or operational reasons.

5. Service limits

We reserve the right to adjust rate limits, maximum page sizes, and storage quotas at any time. Current limits are documented at /docs.

6. Enforcement

We may remove any content that violates these terms, without prior notice. To report abuse, email abuse@meethtml.com.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data durability, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
